What to include in a support email

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Tenant subdomain — the <tenant> portion of your URLs (e.g. acme from dashboard-acme.evolvestorefront.com).
  • Affected product — Image Optimization, Image Search, Image Engine, or Platform API.
  • Time the issue occurred — when you first saw the problem.
  • Request id or job id, if available — visible in API responses.
  • Sample reproduction — a curl command, code snippet, or screenshot demonstrating the issue.
