What to include in a support email
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- Tenant subdomain — the
<tenant>portion of your URLs (e.g.acmefromdashboard-acme.evolvestorefront.com). - Affected product — Image Optimization, Image Search, Image Engine, or Platform API.
- Time the issue occurred — when you first saw the problem.
- Request id or job id, if available — visible in API responses.
- Sample reproduction — a curl command, code snippet, or screenshot demonstrating the issue.
Before contacting support
A few checks resolve most issues without needing to wait for a response:
- Confirm your
client_idandclient_secretare correct. See Find your API credentials. - Verify your access token has not expired (tokens last one hour). See Obtain an access token.
